Welcome to Signco Vehicle Wraps, LLC. By engaging our services, visiting signcowraps.com, or communicating with our shop, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
We provide vehicle wrap design, fabrication, installation, signage, and related graphics services. All work is performed at our facility at 145 Wood Ave, Baytown, TX 77520 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimates & Quotes
Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon written acceptance and any required deposit. Changes to scope after acceptance may result in adjusted pricing and timeline.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on each invoice/estimate. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final balance is due upon completion and prior to vehicle release unless other terms are agreed in writing.
SMS / Text Messaging
Customers who consent to receive SMS updates will receive job-related messages including design proof links, appointment confirmations, status updates, and invoice/payment links. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Warranty
We warranty our installation workmanship for the period stated on your work order. Material warranties pass through directly from the vinyl manufacturer (3M, Avery, Oracal, etc.) per their published terms. Damage from accidents, abrasive washes, automated car washes, or improper care is not covered.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris or Chambers County, Texas.
