SIGNCO WRAPS is not responsible for your paint job.
Wraps are self-adhesive vinyl that will only adhere well to catalyzed vehicle paint and glass.
Poor surface paint or clear coats will not allow the vinyl adhesive to stick properly and the
adhesive may fail. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to bring in a vehicle that is ready
to be wrapped. Extreme curves curves and deep pockets may exceed the limits of how far the
material can stretch. Some projects of this nature require seams. Again this is not paint,
it is a special pressure sensitive vinyl material. Vehicles are not at exact right angle curves.
They also maintain lines that are not 100% parallel to the ground. Due to this fact the graphics
that are2D printed graphics they will not be at the same exact angle of the vehicle lines once the
wrap is installed onto the 3D vehicle surface.
Note: If a client has a concern with the job, Client must contact SIGNCO WRAPS in writing
before proceeding with any charge backs or credit returns. SIGNCO WRAPS will be given 30 days
opportunity to correct and resolve craftsmanship. We have years of professional training, we will do
everything in our power to fix any problem that may arise.
We need ample time to install your wrap. It is not a good idea to rush the install process. Every square
inch of the vinyl has to be laid by hand with a heat source. SIGNCO WRAPS reserves the right to take
additional days for issues such as unforseen difficulties.
All removals are quoted separately. Wrap removal can be very time consuming and we charge by the
sq. ft. and by the hour for the labor. SIGNCO WRAPS can NOT be held responsible for any paint damage
or existing striping damage when we do a removal. Since we do not know the integrity of the existing
paint job or the condition of the painted clear coat or the condition of any vinyl decals, we are not
responsible.
We provide graphic art services for your company wrap. If you are a company providing your own art, it is your responsibility to
prepare the art files for printing on a large scale. We will not be responsible for re-prints due to low resolution graphics or mistakes
on your part.
If we are wrapping a vehicle that requires parts to be removed (for instance, console bars or door handles)
it is your responsibility have these removed before dropping off. If you do not make prior arrangements
this may result in seams in your wrap in these areas.
We can not and will not wrap hinges. For example, Jeep, Hummer or door hinges that move. The vinyl will fail and these parts should be left
the paint color or you can have them painted.
Wrapping is not painting. Paint is sprayed and can get in nooks and cranny's where wrapped vehicles can not!
If the coverage area changes from the time we quoted your project the price will increase.
Note: Deposits are non refundable if ANY work has been done on your project. This includes art proofs, art revisions,
job scheduling, etc. Deposits are non refundable if the reason for not moving forward with your wrap is out of our control.
